What is Horse Powered Reading?

Founded by Michele Pickle Ph.D., in 2012. Using Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA Model) of Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) as the foundation, Horse Powered Reading integrates social emotional learning with academics.

Sessions:

(45 minutes per session)

$55 Sessions (no licensed human therapist present)

$150 (licensed human therapist present)

includes:

Both time in classroom setting to build/reinforce skills and in barn/arena with therapeutic animals to help foster confidence and uncover blockages.

Led by qualified instructors, support staff and experienced therapeutic animals.

EAGALA certified Equine Specialist on site at all times.
